My name is Emily Rossberg. This will be my second year teaching the second grade at the West Yellowstone School. I grew up in Tennessee. After I graduated high school, I moved with my mom to join my dad who was the high school principal in West Yellowstone at the time. While my parents have moved back to Tennessee, I stayed and now have the privilege to teach the second grade. Both of my parents are now working in education in Tennessee. I also had the opportunity to work in Walt Disney World during the fall of 2005 as a member of their college program. Walt Disney World is one of my favorite vacation destinations.
This June I celebrated my first wedding anniversary with my husband, Shay. We have four furry children: a german shepard named Sadie, a border collie mix named Panda, a pudgy white cat named Marshmallow, and a tortise shell cat named Flossie Snickers. When I am not teaching, I love to fish, watch sports, and spend time with my family.
Second grade is an awesome grade to teach. We will be learning an abundant amount of information during this school year. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!
